Step 2- Trainer receives form and contacts client within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of town location and training case. If the case is declined, the trainer will refer client to alternative sources.

Step 3- Once accepted, client submits THE CLIENT INTAKE FORM & THE SERVICES AGREEMENT

Step 4- Once both these forms are submitted, the trainer’s scheduling assistant will contact client to schedule the initial 90 minute consult.
